Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers;
Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising;
Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations;
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while enforcing company policies;
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed;
Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters;
