Assist members by processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; provide information on membership benefits and promote Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy;
Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions;
Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet priorities and communicate progress.
