Job Summary
The Sales Manager will help ensure customer retention and profitability through effectively managing people, processes and inventory.

Reports to:
Store Manager
Wage Range: $75,000 - $115,000
Core Responsibilities- Desk deals, including building deals and closing deals.
- Bid customer vehicle trades.
- Manage the flow of show room traffic, including the Sales Consultant rotation.
- Manage technology, including Reynolds and Reynolds, Focus, Vauto, and others.
- Manage Guest concerns & conflict resolution.
- Train sales consultants in the Rochester Ford sales process.
- Assist the interviewing, hiring, growth & development, including disciplinary actions, and, if necessary, terminations of employees.
- 2 years previous auto industry experience
- Achieve and maintain Ford certification at the highest levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 80%
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
