Schedule: The general schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the job:This role is responsible for identifying, researching, qualifying, and maintaining prospective customer leads to support business development and sales objectives. This entry‑level role utilizes various research methods, outreach channels, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. The analyst gathers and verifies customer information, documents interactions, and provides actionable insights that support sales growth and customer acquisition efforts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers through various lead generation channels.
- Conduct outreach activities to gather information, assess customer needs, and determine sales potential.
- Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information within CRM systems.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and key business intelligence to support sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and prospecting initiatives.
- Monitor lead activity and provide regular updates on lead status and conversion progress.
- Support trade shows, networking events, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives as assigned.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise any employees.
May also provide cross‑training for staff.
Travel:
- This position could require minimal travel, up to 5% of the time.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, customer service, marketing, or related field.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems, preferred.
- Exposure to business development, prospecting, or customer acquisition activities, preferred.
