Position OverviewWe are searching for a Sales Support professional to join our team, specializing in providing exceptional assistance to our Retail Sales team and brick‑and‑mortar partners. This individual will be responsible for day‑to‑day retail sales operations, including supporting the Partner Relations team, processing retail orders, fielding store‑level inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, Fulfillment, and key retail accounts. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a sense of urgency to serve and delight our retail partners.
Attention to detail (pricing, ordering, delivery dates, store‑specific requirements) and a keen eye for accuracy are critical for this role, particularly when managing multi‑door accounts and seasonal order flow. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to be successful, along with an ability to shift priorities quickly and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, retail‑driven environment.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day sales support for retail partners, managing all inbound and outbound communications, including order support, product questions, inventory needs, issue resolution, and follow‑up.
- Assist retail account management and partner relations with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client recorders.
- Manage SPS and order fulfillment processes, working closely with Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and complete orders.
- Proficient in understanding the UNRL product line, maintaining strong product knowledge across the assortment.
- Assist with UNRL customer experiences (trade shows, pop‑up experiences, etc.).
- Analyze customer data to identify critical customer information (buying patterns, order status, accounts receivable, competitive offerings, opportunities, etc.).
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends to help clients better and contribute to sales efforts.
- Act as the internal advocate for retail partners, providing clear and actionable Voice of Customer feedback to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Proactively nurture retail relationships to ensure strong partnerships, consistent engagement, and long‑term account health.
- Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional material.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field (or equivalent sales support experience).
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, account management or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer‑first demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with pricing, SKUs, order entry, and delivery timelines.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with retail/wholesale order cycles, EDI, and B2B customer portals.
- Experience in supporting field sales reps or multi‑door retail accounts.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and allocation processes.
