• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak‑traffic periods, with periods of few scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine caring attitude.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedule ranging from 4 to 12 hours depending on business needs.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Flexible schedule where you can step in during high‑traffic times or special events.

$14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
