Account Manager Regional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.

• Acquire, develop, and expand customer revenue.
• High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers’ needs to the strategic goals of the company.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening, to learn the customer’s business and leverage emerging technology and internal systems to drive a compelling business proposition.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
• Strong business acumen skills, project management skills, and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related company business experience required.

$6,750.00/ month - $9,500.00/ month

This position will be hybrid in Rochester, MN, Minneapolis, MN, or surrounding cities, and candidates must live within a 50‑mile radius.
