New Home Consultant Trainee

We are Lennar, a leading home builder recognized as a Fortune 500® company. We seek a recent college graduate to join our team as a New Home Consultant Trainee. The trainee will operate a Welcome Home Center under the guidance of a mentor, generate and maintain a sales pipeline, engage customers, process sale agreements, and close new home sales.

• Engage visitors to understand their home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
• Provide continuous follow‑through from initial contact to post‑closing while maintaining accurate communication records.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of sales tracking tools.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

This position is primarily sedentary and occasionally requires bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying office supplies up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is needed for computer, calculator, and telephone use.
