Product Specialist

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our sales team. You’ll greet customers, take them on test drives, and walk them through vehicle specs. Then, you hand off to the sales team so the customer gets the best of both worlds: a pressure-free experience with you, and an expert close from management.

• Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles
• Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs
• Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty
• Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers

• Sales experience not required but preferred
• Natural ability to greet customers professionally and make them feel welcome
• Genuine interest in vehicles and working knowledge of automotive features and specs
• Consistent, professional demeanor in every customer interaction
• Reliable, coachable, and committed to following established processes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
