Regional Marketing Field Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
  • Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
  • Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.
  • Oversee exterior and interior color selection updates.
  • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions.
  • Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
  • Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
  • Plan and execute on‑site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.
  • Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.
  • Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office set‑up in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams, Self‑Guided Tour (SGT) install/removal, and basic office systems.
  • Support regional content teams with photography requests of homes, models, local area, testimonial and lifestyle photography as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • 0–2 years of experience required.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Computer skills and competencies are required.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships internally and with sales teams.
  • Resourceful and solution‑oriented.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms such as MLS, Canva, Airtable.
  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
  • Travel: weekly community‑level travel within assigned division/market.

During employment, you may be required to use, download, or access certain company‑approved tools, programs, applications, or systems, including apps designed for customer engagement, operational efficiency, data analysis, AI tools, and other business functions.

Physical & Site Presence Requirements

Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment that may be in excess of 50 pounds.

The job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $20.05 to $25 per hour, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and geographic differences. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
