Job Title: Construction Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Construction Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will build relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals while providing product recommendations, preparing quotes, and managing customer orders. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and sales orders.
• Follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Stay informed about construction materials, products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Construction inside sales or construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials, building products, or industrial supplies is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
