Role
The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) supports key accounts across assigned regions, focusing on personalized customer engagement and access navigation to enhance patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesDeveloping territory plans, addressing account challenges, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging digital tools for omni-channel outreach.
Building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and ensuring seamless access support, including working with Patient Specialty Services.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or related sectors with experience in large, dispersed sales teams
- Proven success in account management and customer engagement
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80%
- Experience with therapeutic areas, disease states, market access, reimbursement pathways, and specialty products
- Experience across modalities such as biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals
Cross-functional collaboration, strong communication skills, remote or field-based work with significant travel.
Leveling varies from Associate to Executive TAS, depending on experience—ranging from recent military leadership or entry-level sales to senior roles with 10+ years of experience.
