Security Officer - Hotel Security - Part Time

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access to the hotel by greeting and screening entrants, verifying credentials as required, issuing visitor access, and directing guests to appropriate areas.;
Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as CCTV and alarm panels, reporting unusual activity and/or hazards to hotel management and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with guest disputes, lost and found issues, medical calls, and/or fire and evacuation procedures as directed.;
Complete shift logs, incident reports, and other documentation in a clear and timely manner, and communicate key updates during shift handoffs.
