Security Officer - Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, vendors, and store associates by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the grocery location, including sales floor, receiving areas, and parking areas, documenting observations and reporting maintenance hazards and/or suspicious activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and property damage, and coordinate with on-site management and/or local authorities as needed.;
Monitor entry and exit activity, deliveries, and restricted areas to help to deter loss and unauthorized access, and complete required security-related logs and reports.;
Use Allied Universal communication tools and radio protocols to relay updates, support store operations during busy periods, and assist with customer questions and way finding when appropriate.
