• Maintaining a strong presence in assigned areas to foster public relations and instill confidence in our clients.
• Visiting client residences to manage security signs, decals, and other materials.
• Responding promptly to activated alarms and investigating potential emergencies or alarm malfunctions.
• Providing escort services, inspecting client residences during their absence, and managing delivery of important items like mail and newspapers.
• Preparing detailed incident reports and documentation for all patrol activities.
• Conducting regular patrols in designated territories, performing thorough inspections of residential security points.
• Ensuring routine maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Participating in ongoing training, maintaining certifications in security, firearms, CPR, and First Aid.

• Valid State security guard license (or in the application process), along with relevant certifications for firearms, baton, CPR, and First Aid.
• Adherence to uniform and performance standards.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Positive and professional demeanor towards clients and colleagues.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
