Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort setting;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, report suspicious behavior, and provide assistance to guests and staff as needed;
Communicate with site contacts, management, and/or local responders when appropriate regarding incidents, guest concerns, and other security-related matters
