Security Specialists provide security services for the assigned program (e.g., threat assessment/management, intelligence, security technology, workplace violence, education and training) or special projects/assignments to all Mayo functions and entities, and to external clients as directed;
Security Specialists may also be required to research or revise security-related policies, procedures or standards and apply structured improvement methodologies;
Demonstrate leadership, personal interaction, time management, assessments, analysis, and project administration across disciplines;
Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms and collaborate across disciplines and with external clients as directed
