Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking facilities, business areas, and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location;
Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, access-control issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
