Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Serve as a professional front desk presence at a retail location by greeting visitors, monitoring access, and directing individuals according to site procedures.;
Verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery personnel credentials, maintain required logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting emergency services or site leadership when appropriate.;
Monitor entry activity and report unusual, unauthorized, or suspicious conditions to help deter theft, loss, and other security-related concerns
