Job Overview

LocationRochester, Minnesota
Pay$20 - $24 per hour
Hours15 - 20 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation with other properties
Responsibilities- Refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy
- Providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services
- Using your own vehicle to drive to other properties and being reimbursed for mileage
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication in English
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Boiler license with 90 days of employment
- Ability to clear a thorough background check
