• Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Interior & exterior painting and light carpentry
• Preventative maintenance tasks & grounds upkeep
• Keep maintenance shop organized and safe
• Participate in on‑call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks
  )

• 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
• Solid knowledge of:
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
• Electrical (outlets, switches, lights)
• Gas and electric water heaters
• EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm) with on‑call responsibilities

• Skills test required during interview
• Pre‑employment background and drug (we don’t test for THC) required
