Sperry Rail, Inc. is seeking a Certified Trainee/Apprentice for a high-travel, field-based position focused on Rail Flaw Detection. You'll receive hands-on training at the Sperry School and work in various locations across the US.
This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Certified Professional Operator, learning vital skills in rail detection methods and technologies. You're expected to travel extensively for 3–4 months at a time and lead a crew upon successful certification.
