General Laborer – Immediate Start (No Interview Required)

We are hiring General Laborers for a go-to-work opportunity with a commercial construction team. No interview required — if you meet the basic qualifications, you can start working immediately. • Assist carpenters in assembling pre‑manufactured metal buildings
• Help with finish carpentry and building details
• Install and fasten metal panels
• Move and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Measure and mark materials using a tape measure
• Support framing, site cleanup, and general labor tasks
• Follow safety guidelines on active construction sites

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic construction or labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using tools and working outdoors
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work

• Carpentry or framing experience
• Commercial construction experience
  
  Experience with metal buildings or panel installation
• Heavy equipment experience

• Outdoor commercial job sites in southern Minnesota (Dodge Center, Kasson, Pine Island)
• Physically active role with lifting, moving, and working on your feet
• Team‑oriented environment focused on safety and productivity

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
