Pay: $25–$35 per hour (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on building high‑end custom decks for homeowners throughout the Rochester area. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, pay attention to the details, and enjoy working outdoors, we’d love to talk with you.

• Layout and installation of deck footings
• Framing and structural deck construction
• Ledger board installation
• Decking, railing, and stair installation
• Reading plans and following project specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Delivering high‑quality finished products with strong attention to detail

• Carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Experience with framing and exterior construction
• Ability to read a tape measure and use power tools safely
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
