Respond promptly to urgent calls related to property damage and arrive on site prepared to begin mitigation work;
Assess damages at residential or commercial properties and determine appropriate mitigation steps to prevent further loss;
Stop the continuation of damage by identifying and addressing sources of water, moisture, or other hazards;
Perform water mitigation activities, including extracting water and drying out affected areas;
Complete demolition tasks such as cutting and removing drywall, lifting carpet from flooded areas, and removing damaged flooring to prevent mold growth
