Craftsman

Overview

This person will be responsible for performing general construction trades work in support of the operational goals of Marvin.

• Possess safe work habits and maintain good housekeeping at all times
• Self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings
• Willingness to learn and work in other trade skill areas as needed
• Must be detail oriented and able to read prints/drawings
• Must have a good understanding of the construction processes, how to determine the required tasks and the sequence of those tasks
• Must be able to select the proper equipment or tool(s) for the job at hand
• Must be a skilled carpenter with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Must be flexible and willing to move from job task to job task without hesitation
• Additional duties include but not limited to rigging and movement and installation of equipment
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments and job roles

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a craftsman type role is a plus

Compensation: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
