Position: Crane Operator – Nationwide Travel Required

LOOKING TO SUPERCHARGE YOUR CAREER? We’re hiring skilled and safety-focused Crane Operators to support renewable energy projects across the country. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate heavy lifting equipment to move, position, and install critical components—ranging from solar arrays to turbine parts—with precision and care.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
  • Operate the crane in a safe, controlled, and smooth manner
  • Confirm the weight of the load, the radius required for the lift
  • Know the lifting capacity of the crane considering the site conditions and crane configuration
  • Plan all lifts, use proper capacity charts, complete pre‑lift/critical lift sheet
  • Keep a safe and clean work environment
  • Other labor-related responsibilities
  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions
TOOLS FOR THE JOB
  • Crane Physical or DOT Physical is required
  • Certification/License from an Accredited organization i.e. CIC, NCCER, NCCCO or OECP (Required)
  • Depending on state, other licenses may be required
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screening
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
  • Composite or steel toe work boots

Pay Range: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility.

Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
