Hydro Vac - Foreman

At Tel Com Construction, LLC, as a Hydro Vac Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you’ll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You’ll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Operate a vacuum truck in a safe and productive manner
• Assist in maintaining onsite equipment
• Maintain tools
• Hand dig to locate utilities
• Maintain daily inspection logs and graph logs
• Load and unload equipment from trailers
• Pot holes utilities
• Know all utilities and obstructions in work area
• Load and unload supplies
• Perform ground restoration
• Perform general clean up
• Maintain and properly document DOT paperwork if applicable
• Provide accurate daily timekeeping
• Participate in weekly "Tool Box" meetings
• Perform the duties of a laborer as needed
• All other duties as assigned

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Class A CDL is required
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
