Position OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants, addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including time, materials used, and any follow‑up actions required.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Assist with emergency repairs and ensure timely resolution of urgent maintenance issues.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to property maintenance.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in property management or facilities maintenance.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
