Schedule
:
Full‑Time (Monday – Friday with flexibility; weekend pool testing during pool season; 40 hours)

Compensation
: $28‑$29 per hour

Licenses/Certifications Required

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks including repairs to sinks, windows, floors, and other building components.
• Maintain grounds as assigned: trash pick‑up, shoveling, sweeping curb/dumpster areas, and maintaining landscape beds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning responsibilities.
• Install, repair (including soldering), and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding.
• Install and repair major and minor appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Complete minor work orders (e.g., snake toilets/drains, repair/replace leaking faucets, remove/replace caulking, adjust/replace door closures, replace locks, deadbolts, and passage locks).
• Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Maintain five years of relevant experience.

Compensation commensurate with experience and may not be reflected in this posting.

At least 2 years experience in each of the following areas:

• High Rise / Multi‑Family property maintenance
• Pools
• Low Voltage systems
• Maintenance Technician duties

Licenses & Certifications (Required)

• Certified Pool Operator
• EPA Universal certification
