• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

• Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including time, materials used, and any follow‑up actions required.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Assist with emergency repairs and ensure timely resolution of urgent maintenance issues.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to property maintenance.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in property management or facilities maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
