Job Summary

Appliance Village is looking for a talented individual who possesses handyman skills to join our team. The role involves training and installing household appliances—including microwaves, dishwashers, built‑in refrigeration, hoods, and reconnecting waterlines to refrigerators—as well as light repair work in the shop and other related tasks. Self‑motivation, troubleshooting ability, time‑management, and strong communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers are essential.

• Install appliances in customer homes.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Perform other duties as needed, including cross‑training in related positions.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and up to 100 pounds occasionally, performing strenuous work under varied circumstances.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift mandatorily up to 50 pounds.
