Heavy Equipment Operators - MN/WI Travel - $34/hr Per Diem - Hugo, MN

Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team supporting utility construction projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Operators will work in a safety-focused environment, develop new skills, and help expand telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidates are experienced with a variety of heavy equipment and are willing to travel for work.

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in utility or civil construction preferred
• Experience with dozers, especially Plowcat/Pullcat equipment, strongly preferred
• Ability to operate backhoes, trenchers, mini- and cable plows a plus
• Strong understanding of safe excavation practices and utility locate interpretation
• Ability to read and follow construction plans, utility maps, and field drawings
• Experience working around underground utilities
• Willingness to travel within MN and WI (~50% of the time)
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week as needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL preferred)

• Experience operating dozers, with specific experience on Plowcat/Pullcat equipment strongly preferred
• CDL license
