Description
Maintenance Technician opportunity available with our Crystal Bay Townhomes & French Creek Townhomes in Rochester, MN
.
Location: Crystal Bay Townhomes, 3908 19th Ave N, Rochester, MN 55902
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, On‑Call rotation 1 week every 7 weeks
Responsibilities- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turn over and make units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Complete repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on‑call system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- 2 years of HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
