Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking on hands‑on projects? We're looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our team and help install, maintain, and repair outdoor billboard advertising throughout the region.

You'll work both independently and with a team to ensure our billboard structures are safe, well‑maintained, and professionally displayed.
What You'll DoAs a Field Operations Specialist, you'll play an important role in keeping our billboard network operating safely and looking its best by:
- Installing and removing billboard advertisements
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining billboard structures
- Performing routine maintenance on signs, lighting systems, and related equipment
- Maintaining billboard properties by cutting brush, weeds, and performing general grounds upkeep
- Assisting with the construction and installation of new billboard structures
- Driving company vehicles to various job sites throughout the area
- Safely setting up and using ladders, climbing equipment, ropes, and other safety gear
- Inspecting trucks, equipment, and tools to ensure safe operation
- Performing routine maintenance on company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Following all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Participating in safety meetings and ongoing training
- Responding to occasional on‑call maintenance needs as required

- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Experience working outdoors in construction, maintenance, utilities, roofing, telecommunications, landscaping, or a similar hands‑on field
- Previous experience working at heights (up to 100 feet) is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
This is an active, outdoor position requiring candidates to:
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year
- Comfortably climb ladders and work safely at heights up to 100 feet
- Lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed
- Safely operate ladders, ropes, pulleys, and other climbing equipment
- Maintain good depth perception and peripheral vision
- Occasionally participate in an on‑call rotation
