Industrial Maintenance Tech

Branding Iron Holdings in Holstein, IA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to keep our food manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. You'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and packaging lines, perform preventive maintenance, and support line changeovers to minimize downtime. Working closely with production and quality teams, you'll help maintain food safety, follow OSHA and plant safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a stable, employee-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Support safe, efficient line changeovers and equipment setups
• Document work in maintenance systems and follow work orders
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to reduce downtime
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA safety standards
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
