Step into a rewarding role supporting students' growth and communication skills in a vibrant K12 educational setting near Rochester, MN. This full-time, contract opportunity spans the  school year and is open to both local and travel speech-language pathologists. Youll have the chance to work with a diverse pediatric population, tailoring your caseload to align with your expertise and preferences whether your strengths are in early childhood, elementary, or serving students with moderate to profound needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and parents to facilitate students success in the classroom
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine best practices for each student
  • Adapt therapy approaches based on students cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Desired Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary students
  • Background in serving students with mild to profound communication needs is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to manage a dynamic and varied caseload
