Early Childhood Education (ECE) Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Rochester

This full-time, contract opportunity spans the  school year and is open to both local and travel speech-language pathologists. Youll have the chance to work with a diverse pediatric population, tailoring your caseload to align with your expertise and preferences whether your strengths are in early childhood, elementary, or serving students with moderate to profound needs.

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer support and resources to teachers and parents to facilitate students success in the classroom
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine best practices for each student
• Adapt therapy approaches based on students cultural and linguistic backgrounds

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary students
• Background in serving students with mild to profound communication needs is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to manage a dynamic and varied caseload
