ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role
We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and help build innovative, scalable solutions that drive business success. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain applications using modern technologies, ensuring high performance and reliability. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems and delivering impactful solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
- Write clean, efficient code in Java and/or Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI/ML (nice to have).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software design principles.
- Experience with relational databases and writing queries.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
The salary range for this role is $62,00-$85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as, a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
