Courier​/DOT

Responsibilities

Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Full‑time Courier/Ramp Share – Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. First part of the day involves courier activities. Second part requires working at the local ramp.

High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently, and to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance for customer contact.
• Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
• Requires medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• English reading and speaking skills sufficient to understand traffic signs and official inquiries per FMCSA guidance.

Minimum of 21 years of age, consistently lift 50 pounds, High School/GED Diploma, valid Driver's License for the past two years, successful federal drug screen and background check.

Starting pay: $22.11 per hour.
