GS Dispatcher Coordinator

Mayo Clinic -  - Responsibilities:
Trains as a Transporter/Escort for the first two weeks and will assume a Transporter/Escort role periodically to remain abreast of environmental and situational changes.;
Respond to telephone requests and assign staff to perform requests while monitoring activities.;
Prioritize requests to ensure timely response based on departmental policies and procedures.;
Dispatch is responsible for collecting metrics, maintaining data and occasionally participating in the RHOCC (Rochester Hospital Operations Command Center).;
The Dispatcher communicates daily to the manager and supervisor regarding employee day-to-day operational issues that may affect performance, work assignments, etc.
