Driver – Rochester, MN

We are looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Rochester, MN. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding professionalism and customer service.

• $24.60 / hour, increases to $28.48 / hour after 12 months, $29.83 / hour after 24 months.

• Execute flawless operations by following routes, schedules, safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Uphold company policies: seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response, compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• CDL with passenger endorsements (no CDL required; training provided).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination.

• Able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Work may involve long periods of sitting, typing, or computer use.
• Work environment both indoors and outdoors.
