Job Summary
US Foods is hiring a Driver in Rochester, MN. Pay starts at $39.25 per hour with potential overtime. Schedule is Monday through Friday with an average start time of 4:00 a.m.
Responsibilities- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Unload products using a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively during each shift.
- Drive and work in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
- Registered to the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum six months commercial driving experience in any industry or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required for some locations.
- Fluency in reading and communicating in English.

Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. Overtime compensation is provided as applicable.
