We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Rochester, MN. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $24.60 per hour
• $28.48 per hour after 12 months of service
• $29.83 per hour after 24 months of service

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• CDL with passenger endorsements (no CDL required to apply – training provided)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Employee will generally spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment will include both indoor and outdoor settings

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen
