Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.
You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.
- First‑year pay ranges from $85‑$106K with drivers starting at $300.30 per day, increasing by $3 per day every six months to a cap of $324 per day. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics, you will earn an additional $100 per day.
- Training is “shadow” training meaning that you will run your truck while your trainer runs theirs, so you do not share a cab or double‑bunk. Drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their own 579 Pete automatic truck and there is no slip seating.
- Full benefits start after 60 days and include a one‑week vacation in the first 52 weeks, excellent medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with matching.
- Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Drivers are not allowed to opt out of any region.
When it is time to go home for a 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight home and flight back. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive the truck home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. Drivers can stay home for fewer than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless the driver takes allotted vacation.
If you are not willing to fly, then we will not be able to bring you on.
Applicants with any felonies of any kind are ineligible for hire.
Applicants who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of whether they have completed SAP) are not eligible.
Requirements- Must have at least one year of over‑the‑road or regional driving in the last three years. You do not need tanker or cryogenic experience, but must have your endorsements.
- Relatively clean MVR.
- No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
