Job Title:

CDL-A Truck Driver – Marine Division. Salary and bonus reflect dedicated routes hauling pontoons, recreational boats, and fishing boats from manufacturers to dealerships in the US and Canada. A valid CDL-A and relevant driving experience are required.

• Haul specialized marine equipment (pontoons, recreational boats, fishing boats) for dealers and manufacturers across the US and Canada as part of Koch Trucking’s Marine Division.
• Operate as a CDL-A driver on assigned routes with safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery as priorities.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and vehicle maintenance standards.

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Passport or enhanced license required; company pays associated costs.

• Average annual earnings: $75,000 – $85,000.
• Starting pay: $0.64 per mile.
• Weekly mile guarantee: 2,000 miles.
• Hiring bonus: $6,000 (paid monthly over first year).
• $30 per stop.
• All trucks are 3 years old or newer; average fleet age is 16 months.
• Trucks include Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia with features such as refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
• Orientation paid for in a luxury hotel (Roseville, MN and Appling, GA).
