System Transport – Full‑time OTR Flatbed Driver

Location:

Spokane, WA (Division 200) / Rochester, MN
Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each delivery.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work with accessorial compensation (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety and over‑dimensional pay) as applicable.
• Participate in orientation and safety training.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum age 21.
• At least 4 months of driving experience (1 year preferred).
• Clean driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test and clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.

• Weekly pay $1,171.40–$2,106.07 (annual $60,912.97–$).
• Accessorial compensation: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety and over‑dimensional pay.
• Health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with match and life insurance.
• Employee assistance program, orientation pay and a $1,800 transition package ($1,000 for first 2 weeks).
• Paid sick time and PTO (80–120 hours based on tenure).
