Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver: 100% Touch Freight
This dedicated regional account offers flat $0.75 CPM pay regardless of experience, heavy accessorial rates, late-model trucks, and weekly home resets.
Pay Highlights
- Weekly Average: $1,825/week
- Annual Average: ~$95,000/year
- Mileage Rate: Flat $0.75 CPM (paid regardless of experience level)
- All-In Average Rate: ~$1.18 per mile (CPM + accessorials + stop pay combined)
- Trailer Unload Pay: $285 per full trailer unload
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul
- Paid Ride-Along Training: $150/day (1-week training alongside an experienced driver)
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Schedule
Paid progressively over your first 180 days (must be actively employed on payout dates):
Job Details & Workload
- Home Time: Weekly 34-hour home reset.
- Weekly Volume: ~1,500 miles across ~2 loads per week.
- Stops: Usually 3 to 5 stops per route.
- Freight Handling: 100% touch freight; driver unloads using roller systems.
- Running Area: Delivering dedicated freight across 12 states: IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.
- Equipment: Late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.
Schedule & Operational Details
- Shift: Overnight driving with early morning store deliveries.
- Schedule: Requires availability for nights, weekends, and holiday runs when scheduled.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Needs at least 90 days of verifiable CDL-A driving under your belt from the past 3 years.
- Physical capability to perform roller-system unloads safely in extreme temperatures.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Clean MVR (driving record) and background check.
- Come prepared to orientation with enough personal gear and clothing to last two full weeks.
- Home Time Parking Requirement: Secure truck/trailer parking required during home time (must be personal property or a gated location with two forms of security; no parking at retail stores or unsecured locations).
