Warehouse Worker – Rochester, MN

People Ready is hiring Warehouse Workers to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping. The position involves work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and requires physical strength, attention to safety, and teamwork.

• Sort, pick, and pack products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, using forklifts (stand‑up, sit‑down) and pallet jacks.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the warehouse area clean and free of debris.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, forklift operation experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and operate a manual pallet jack.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Good judgment, safety awareness, and strong attention to detail.
• Background check and drug test required.

Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Schedule:

1st shift (Day). Positions available for both long‑term and short‑term assignments.
