The Manager Trainee will work closely with the Freezer Warehouse Management Team to lead and coordinate packaging, warehousing, and shipping activities. After completing the trainee program, the candidate may be asked to relocate to other Seneca facilities across the United States.

• Directly oversee operations across all facility areas throughout the year.
• Collaborate with management to lead the frozen packaging, warehousing, and shipping departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Encourage teamwork, quality standards, and proper GMP procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a warehouse or food production setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
