• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
• Serve as a hands‑on leader, setting an example for safety, productivity, and quality standards
• Assign and monitor tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily goals
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and coordinate workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently
• Delivery driver duties as assigned.
• Tire Technician work as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
